Follow-up sequences are pre-written outreach steps for each sales stage. When you view a lead, the system shows the recommended sequence based on the lead's current sales stage so you know exactly what message to send or what call to make next.
Go to Admin Dashboard and click Follow-Up Sequences in the sidebar under Content. Only admin accounts can access this page.
The editor is organized by sales stage:
Pagination
If a stage has many steps, pagination controls appear at the bottom. You can switch pages and the content updates without refreshing the page.
Click the edit icon on any step to open the edit dialog. You can change:
The message template supports two variables that are replaced with real data when shown on a lead detail page:

In the editor, variables are highlighted. Use the Insert Variable buttons below the text area to add them to your message.
On a lead's detail page (both CRM and Admin views), the right column shows a Recommended Lead Follow-Up Sequencepanel. It displays all steps for the lead's current sales stage. Each step card shows:
Each step card has action buttons at the bottom that let you act immediately:
If the lead has no phone number or no email, the corresponding button is disabled with a tooltip explaining why.
Steps with Phone Call or WhatsApp Call channels show a Call button to dial the lead and a Script button that opens a dialog with the full call script. The script is formatted for easy reading with clear sections and bullet points. Use the script as a guide during the call.
