The Study Plans Generated page shows every study plan that has ever been created by anyone in the system. Unlike the Prospects list (which shows each prospect once), this page shows every individual generation, including multiple versions for the same person.
The table shows every study plan ever generated, sorted from newest to oldest. Each row shows the prospect's name, email, programme, version, the advisor who created it, and the date.
Use the search bar to find study plans by prospect name, email, or programme.
Click the View link on any row to open the generated PDF in a new tab.
Every time a study plan is generated, a brand new record is created. Nothing gets overwritten. So if you generate a study plan for the same prospect five times, you will see five separate rows, each with its own PDF, tracking link, and creation date. The Study Plans Generated page gives you a complete view of everything that has been produced.
