How It Works

Click the WhatsApp button next to any study plan to open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. The message includes a greeting and the tracking link to their study plan.

On a computer, it will try to open WhatsApp Desktop first. If you do not have it installed, it will open WhatsApp Web in your browser.

Phone Number Format

Phone numbers are automatically adjusted for WhatsApp:

• 0123456789 becomes 60123456789 (Malaysian number)
• Numbers starting with 60 or other country codes are kept as is

Support WhatsApp Number

Admins can set up a support WhatsApp number in the Global Settings. This number appears as a "Contact Support" button in the documentation sidebar.
