Your advisor profile does not have email settings. Go to Settings and fill in your email details.
Your email or password is wrong. For Gmail, use an App Password, not your regular password.
The email server address or port is wrong. Check your email provider's settings:
Try a different port (587 instead of 465, or the other way around). Turn off your VPN if you are using one.
Check these common causes:
The email address format is wrong. Make sure it has @ and a domain name (e.g. @gmail.com).
Some email providers limit attachment size (usually 25MB). If the PDF is too large, share the tracking link instead of attaching the file.
Gmail limits: 500 emails per day for regular accounts, 2,000 per day for Google Workspace. If you reach the limit, wait 24 hours.
Make sure 2-Step Verification is turned on in your Google account. App Passwords only work with 2-Step Verification enabled.
