As an admin, you can view and manage all support tickets submitted by users. Go to Admin > Support Tickets to see the ticket list.
- View all tickets - See all support requests from all users
- Filter tickets - Filter by status, priority, or category
- Search tickets - Find specific tickets by subject or description
- Assign tickets - Assign tickets to specific team members
- Update status - Change ticket status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)
