Study Plan Versions

What are Versions?

Study plan versions control two things: whether the PDF is a sample or a real document, and what text content it uses. Each version has its own text that admins can edit separately.

Available Versions

Version	What It Does	When to Use It
Pre (Sample)	Creates a sample with "SAMPLE ONLY" watermark and example data	Give prospects a preview before they commit
Version 1	Creates a real study plan with the prospect's actual details	Standard use
Version 2-5	Same as Version 1 but with different text that admins can customise	Different campaigns or customisation

How Versions Work

Pre (Sample) shows watermarks and sample text. Good for initial previews.
Version 1-5 are real study plans without watermarks.
Each version has its own text for entry requirements, university description, TRGS, and call-to-action.
Changing text in one version does not affect other versions.
The PDF filename includes the version number.

Editing Version Text

Go to Admin and click Templates
Select a programme
Select a version from the version tabs
Edit the text and click Save

Selecting a Version

When creating a study plan, you pick a version from the dropdown. This decides:

Whether it is a sample or real study plan
Which text content to use
The PDF filename

Adding New Versions

If you need a new version, ask your system administrator to add it. Once added, you will be able to edit its text in the Template Editor.
