What Are Global Settings?

Global settings let admins configure system-wide options that affect all users. Currently, this is used to set up the support WhatsApp number.

How to Access

Go to the Admin Dashboard and click Settings in the header.

Support WhatsApp Number

This is the main setting. It sets the WhatsApp number that appears as a "Contact Support" button in the documentation sidebar and other support areas.

Enter the WhatsApp number with country code (e.g. 60123456789 for Malaysian numbers)
Do not include + or 00 at the start
Click Save
Click Test Support Hotline WhatsApp Link to check it works

Other Settings

Other settings are managed in their own sections:

Your Profile - Settings page (your name, email, phone, and email configuration)
Advisor Management - PIC Management (manage all advisors)
Templates - Template Editor (study plan text content)
Programme Data - Programme Management (modules, fees)
