The Template Editor lets admins change the text content in study plan PDFs without needing to edit any code. You can update things like entry requirements, the university description, and call-to-action text. Each version of a study plan (Pre, Version 1, Version 2, etc.) can have its own text.
For each programme, you can change the text in these sections:
The academic requirements section of the PDF. Depending on the prospect's qualifications, different requirements are shown:
The university description section with vision, mission, and overview.
Information about the graduate school and its programmes.
The text encouraging prospects to contact their advisor for more information.
Each version has its own text. Changing Version 1's entry requirements does not affect Version 2. Changes only apply to new study plans created after you save. Existing PDFs are not changed.
Click Preview PDF in the top-right corner to see a sample PDF with your changes. It opens in a new tab so you can check how it looks before saving.
You can use simple formatting in text fields. See the Formatting Syntax page for details on bold, italic, line breaks, and highlights.
