Filling Out the APEL.A Portfolio

Go to APEL.A Portfolio from the sidebar
You will see a form with sections on the left side (like a table of contents)
Click each section to fill it in, or use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom
Your work saves automatically every time you make a change

Fill in the applicant's basic information:

Full Name - As it appears on their ID
NRIC / Passport No. - Their identification number
Nationality - Their country of citizenship
Intended Field of Study - What they want to study (e.g., Business Administration)
Intended Programme - The specific programme (e.g., MBA)
Level of Study - Choose Diploma, Bachelor, or Master
Recent Photo - Upload a passport-style photo (click Upload Photo)

Saving Your Work

Your work saves automatically. You can also click the Save button in the top bar to save a copy to the server. This lets admins see your portfolio in the admin panel.

Previewing

Click the Preview button to see how the portfolio will look as a PDF before downloading.

Exporting as PDF

Click the Export PDF button (or the Download PDF button at the bottom of the Declaration section) to download the portfolio as a PDF file.

Starting Over

Click the trash icon in the top bar to clear all fields and start fresh. You will be asked to confirm first.
