Lead Management
- Go to CRM Leads
- Click Add Lead
- Fill in their name, phone number, email, where they came from, and which programme they are interested in
- Click Save
- Lead Name - The prospect's full name
- Phone - Contact number for calls and WhatsApp
- Email - Email address
- Date of Birth - Used to check age requirements for APEL.A
- Nationality - The prospect's nationality
- Country of Residence - Where they currently live
- Lead Source - How they found you (Google, Facebook, referral, etc.)
- Preferred Programme - MBA, MIM, MEdu, or RPEL
- Preferred Majoring - Their chosen specialisation
- Preferred Study Mode - Online, part-time, or full-time
- Entry Pathway - Direct entry, APEL, or RPEL
- Years of Working Experience - How long they have been working
