Tracking Views

How Tracking Works

Every study plan gets a unique link. When a prospect opens that link, the system records:

• That the link was opened
• The date and time it was opened
• How many times it has been opened in total

Where to See Tracking Information

• Dashboard - The study plan records table shows the view status for each plan
• Prospect Detail Page - Shows how many times the link was viewed and the last view date
• Admin Prospect Page - Same information with additional options

Tracking Link Security

Each link uses a unique code (not just a simple number), making it secure and hard to guess. Links from older study plans still work for backward compatibility.
