Lead Status

Each prospect has a status that shows where they are in the process. This helps you keep track of who needs follow-ups and where to focus your efforts.

Available Statuses

New

A study plan has been created but you have not contacted the prospect yet.

Contacted

You have reached out to the prospect via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Meeting Scheduled

A meeting or call has been arranged with the prospect.

Enrolled

The prospect has enrolled in the programme.

Closed

The prospect is no longer in the pipeline (not interested or not proceeding).

How to Update Status

Dashboard Table - Click the status dropdown in the Status column to change it
Prospect Detail Page - Use the status dropdown in the analytics section

Suggested Workflow

Create a study plan. Status is automatically set to New
Send the study plan. Update to Contacted
Schedule a meeting. Update to Meeting Scheduled
Prospect enrols. Update to Enrolled
Prospect is not proceeding. Update to Closed
