Message Templates let admins create ready-made messages for WhatsApp, Email, and Call scripts. Advisors can then use these templates when contacting prospects, ensuring consistent communication across the team.
Use the filter tabs to see templates for a specific channel.
You can use placeholders in your templates that will be replaced with actual information when the message is used:
{{name}} = Prospect's name
{{link}} = Study plan tracking link
{{program}} = Programme name
{{majoring}} = Specialisation name
{{pic_name}} = Advisor's name
{{pic_phone}} = Advisor's phone number
When creating a template, click any Insert Variable button to add the placeholder to your message.
When you click WhatsApp, Email, or Call buttons on the Dashboard, Prospect Detail page, or History page, the Message Composer opens. You can select a template, preview it, make changes, and then send.
