CRM Overview

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is your main workspace for managing prospects. It shows you everything in one place: your leads, follow-ups, communication history, and how each prospect is progressing through the sales process.

When you open the CRM, you will see a dashboard with:

• Quick Study Plan buttons - Click MBA, MIM, MEdu, or RPEL to start creating a study plan right away
• Overview stats - Your total leads, overdue follow-ups, leads with no activity today, and registered prospects (click to collapse/expand)
• Leads Needing Attention - Three columns showing overdue follow-ups, new leads, and leads with no activity today
• Pipeline by Stage - A visual breakdown of where all your leads are in the sales process
• Communication Activity - How many WhatsApp messages, calls, and emails have been sent
• Advisor Ranking - How you and other advisors compare
