Programme Management lets admins edit the content that goes into study plan PDFs: the list of modules, fees, and specialisations for each programme. Changes are saved immediately.
At the top of the programme edit page, there is a Preview PDF button. Click it to open a preview of the study plan PDF with the current programme data. This does not save anything - it just shows you what the PDF will look like.
Each programme has four main sections, shown as tabs:
The compulsory modules that every student must take. Each module has a name, an optional online course code, and a display order.
For the RPEL programme, the core modules have two sections: SME (a list of modules) and Administration (with SKM and DKM sections).
Modules grouped by specialisation area. For example, "Human Resource Management" has its own set of modules. You can add new specialisations and assign modules to each one.
MBA and MIM have majoring modules. RPEL has a simpler version. MEdu uses only core modules.
Two parts:
Important notes that appear below the fees in the PDF. Common notes include disclaimers about fee changes, APEL fees, and international student charges.
You can add as many notes as you need. Each note can have multiple lines. Notes with two lines will be shown as a pair (description + value), while notes with more than two lines will show each line as a separate bullet point. Use the Add Note button to create a new note, and the Add Line button to add more text lines to a note.
This section lets you set example information that appears when generating sample (Pre version) study plans. You can fill in sample prospect details, programme preferences, and personalised modules. This makes sample PDFs look more realistic when showing prospects a preview.
Click Save to keep your changes. They will be used in all future study plans. Remember to save before using Preview PDF if you want to see your latest changes in the preview.
