Check that your email and password are correct. If you just registered, wait for an admin to approve your account first.
Your account needs admin approval. Contact your admin to approve it. You cannot log in until then.
Your registration was rejected. Talk to your admin to find out why and ask for re-approval.
This usually happens when:
Wait 30 seconds and try again. Check your internet connection. If it still does not work, contact support.
Make sure your advisor profile has a photo uploaded and that the programme data (modules, fees) has been set up by an admin.
Some specialisations may not have online courses assigned yet. The PDF will show "No Additional Microcredential" for those. Ask an admin to update them in Programme Management.
Your email or password is wrong. For Gmail, make sure you are using an App Password, not your regular password. Check your Settings.
The email server address or port may be wrong. Common settings: Gmail uses smtp.gmail.com on port 587. Outlook uses smtp.office365.com on port 587.
Check the spam folder. Make sure the email address is correct. Some email providers may block automated emails.
Make sure you are using the full link from the system. Links from older study plans should still work.
Only admins can edit leads. Advisors can update the sales stage and status but not the contact details.
On a computer, make sure WhatsApp Desktop is installed, or allow your browser to open WhatsApp Web. Check that the prospect's phone number is correct.
Only admins can access these pages. Ask your system administrator to upgrade your account.
Make sure you clicked Save after editing. Changes only apply to new study plans, not ones already generated.
Update the fees in Programme Management. The admin editor is the correct place to change fees.
Some fields are empty. Check the most common missing ones: prospect name, email, qualification, career goals, and personalised module 1.
Your progress should be saved automatically. If fields are blank, try refreshing the page or check that your browser allows saving data.
Make sure the Personal Details section is completely filled in and the Declaration section has a name, date, and signature. Try exporting again.
You must click the Save button to save the portfolio to the server. Auto-save only keeps data in your browser. If you did not save, the admin cannot see it.
For Bachelor or Master level, write at least 500 words. For Diploma, write no more than 250 words. The word count is shown next to the field label.
