The Lead Details page shows all the information collected during the study plan creation process. It also gives you quick ways to contact the lead and generate new study plans.
You can reach this page from the Prospectslist in the admin panel by clicking on any prospect's name.
At the top of the page, you will find a row of buttons to help you work with the prospect:
Opens a message composer to send an email to the prospect. Available when the prospect has an email address.
Copies the tracking link to your clipboard. Share this link with the prospect so they can view their study plan online. Each time they open the link, the view count increases.
Opens a message composer to send a WhatsApp message to the prospect. Available when the prospect has a phone number.
Opens the generated PDF in a new tab so you can review it.
Creates a new study plan using this prospect's existing information. All the details from this record (name, email, programme preferences, career goals, etc.) are filled in automatically on the submission form. You can review and change anything before generating. Each time you click this, a brand new study plan is created. It does not overwrite the previous one.
Personal details from the form: name, phone, email, greeting, citizenship, age, gender, race.
Work and education background: job title, organisation, industry, qualifications, experience. Also includes their career goal and future role.
The programme, version, specialisation, duration, and APEL status.
The interest areas selected and the Coursera modules chosen for the prospect, with course names and the organisations offering them.
View count, last viewed date, creation date, and current status (New, Contacted, etc.).
Below the main sections, you will find a table showing all study plans that have been generated for this prospect's email address. This includes plans generated from any advisor, not just the current one. Each row shows the programme, version, advisor who created it, a link to the PDF, and the date it was created.
This helps you see the full history of every study plan ever given to this prospect, so you never lose track of past versions.
